Legal Anthropological Interpretation of Ecological Culture in Dong Areas

黔东南州侗族地区独特的环境与侗族民众生态伦理观相伴而生、相伴而存,在这种合力下产生出侗族地区丰富的生态法文化,内容丰富,实体结合程序,可操作性强,有力地维护了侗族地区的生态环境并取得了不俗的成绩。社会转型的背景下,反思侗族生态法文化中存在不足,对其加以修正、调适,与国家环保法形成一个有着必然逻辑关联的生态环保制度体系,有利于提高生态文明建设能力和水平。

The unique environment in Dong areas of Guizhou Southeast Autonomous Prefecture and Dong People＇s view of ecological ethics are coexisting and closely connected with each other, whose interaction has given birth to abundant ecological legal culture with diversified contents. The combination of entity and procedure results in high operability, which effectively maintain the ecological environment in Dong areas and has achieved impressive results. Against the background of social transformation, this paper rethinks the deficiencies still existing in Dong ecological legal culture and proposes related corrections and adjustments, so as to form a system of ecological environmental protection strongly associated with the state environmental protection law of China, which is beneficial to improve the standard and level in ecological civilization construction.
