The Great Charter and Modern Constitutions——A Review of the 28th Annual Symposium of National Research Community of Foreign Legal System History

全国外国法制史研究会第28届年会于2015年10月23～25日于广西民族大学召开。来自国内外近二百名外法史专家、学者共同探讨了英国《大宪章》八百年的历史发展及其对近代宪法的影响，并就“《大完章》前史”“《大宪章》时代”“《大宪章》的流变”“《大宪章》的影响”以及“《大宪章》与中国”等议题进行了研讨。

The 28th Annual Symposium of National Research Community of Foreign Legal System History was held from October 23^rd to 25^th of 2015 in Guangxi University for Nationalities. Nearly 200 experts and scholars of foreign legal system history from home and abroad jointly discussed the 800 years＇ development history of the Great Charter and its influence on modern constitutions. The symposium also probed into issues such as ＂the pre-history of the Great Charter ＂, ＂ the age of the Great Charter ＂, ＂ the evolution of the Great Charter ＂ , ＂the influence of the Great Charter ＂ and ＂ the Great Charter and China＂.
