河北省科技型小微企业融资模式研究

Study on Hebei Province's Small and Micro Technological Enterprise Financing Model

科技型小微企业以其创新活力,成为社会主义市场经济的推动力之一,但科技型小微企业高投入、高风险、高回报的特征,注定企业资金需求量大,融资相对困难。本文从河北省科技型小微企业自身发展阶段与融资模式的匹配情况以及企业外部融资环境剖析科技型小微企业融资难的背后原因,最后从融资模式上给出相应完善对策。

Technological small and micro enterprises, with their innovative vitality, become one of the driving forces of socialist market economy. However, with characteristics of high investment, high risk and high return, those enterprises are bound to need a lot of money. Their financing is relatively difficult. The paper, analyzes the underlying reasons of their financing difficulties in aspects of the match be tween their own development stage and financing model and their external financing environment. It finally offers perfect countermeasures in terms of the financing model.
