石山木莲实生苗形态特征与生物量研究 被引量:8

摘要 以1年生石山木莲实生容器苗为实验材料,研究5种高度级下苗木形态特征与生物量分配关系。结果表明,(1)幼苗根重比、根冠比随苗木高度增加逐渐减小,地径、高/径比、地上鲜质量和干质量、单株干质量、地上和地下含水率、整株含水率、主根径和根长、根幅面积及苗木质量指数随苗木高度增加整体上呈递增趋势,一级侧根数变化不明显;(2)建立DH&SBI_(地上)、&SBI_(地下)和&SBI的最优预估三次方程,依次为SBI地上(R2=0.680)>SBI地下(R2=0.674)>SBI(R2=0.546);(3)石山木莲苗木质量指数除与苗高外的各项指标均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),单株生物量除根冠比外,其余各项指标均呈显著或极显著水平(P<0.01);(4)苗高和地径可作为生产实践中石山木莲苗木质量快速评价和分级的最优指标。 The relationship of 5 kinds of high-grade seedling morphology and biomass allocation of Manglietia aro-matica var. calcarea was studied by using 1-year-old seedlings as experimental materials. The results showed that:(1) the seedling root weight and the rate between root and cap gradually reduced with increase of seedling height, while index such as ground diameter, height/diameter ratio, the ground fresh weight, the dry weight, single bio-mass, moisture content of the ground and underground, moisture of the whole plant, root diameter , root length, area of root and seedling quality increased with seedling height increasing, the overall-level of lateral root number change was not obvious; (2) the optimal forecast cubic equation of DH&amp;SBIground, D2H&amp;SBIundergroundand&amp;SBIsingle indicated the SBIground (R2=0. 680) 〉SBIunderground (R2=0. 674) 〉SBI (R2=0. 546); (3) with the exception of seeding height, the seedling quality index of Manglietia aromatica reached extremely significant level (P〈0. 01), and except the ratio between root and shoot, relevant indicators of single biomass reached significant or extremely significant level (P〈0. 05); (4) seedling height and ground diameter can be used as the practical and quick indi-cators for quality evaluation and classification of Manglietia aromatica var. calcarea seedling.
