经济欠发达地区外来务工人员避孕药具发放现状分析

Situation analysis of contraceptive distribution among migrant worker in underdeveloped regions

目的经济欠发达地区外来务工人员避孕药具发放现状分析。方法 2014年3月至2015年9月期间,对某经济欠发达地区,随机抽取工地场所外来务工人员2 533例进行问卷调查,采用不记名问卷的调查方法,分析外来务工人员避孕药具发放现状。结果女性避孕药具发放率为31.6%,男性避孕药具发放率为39.5%,避孕药具发放率偏低,缺乏生殖健康知识;对其进行健康教育后,生殖健康知识水平得到提高,与教育前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经济欠发达地区外来务工人员中,避孕药具发放率偏低,外来务工人员缺乏生殖健康知识,不利于其生殖健康,应对此引起高度重视,改善外来务工人员避孕药具发放情况,提升其生殖健康意识。

Objective To analyze the current status of contraceptive distribution among migrant worker in underdeveloped regions. Methods 2,533 cases of migrant workers were randomly selected from March 2014 to September 2015 in a certain economically underdeveloped areas and analyzed the situation of contraceptive distribution with anonymous questionnaire survey methods. Results In all the 2,533 cases of migrant workers,contraceptive distribution rate of female was 31. 5%,distribution rate of the male was 39. 5% and the total contraceptive distribution rate was 71. 1%,which meant the contraceptive distribution rate was low and lack of reproductive health knowledge. Compared to the previous,reproductive health knowledge level improved after health education which was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In the economically underdeveloped region,rate of contraceptive distribution in migrant workers was low and the migrant workers lack access to reproductive health knowledge which is not conducive to the reproductive health of migrant workers,so we should pay close attention to improve contraceptive distribution in migrant workers and enhance their reproductive health awareness.
