前馈控制在新生儿护理风险管理中的应用效果

Effect of feedforward control applied in neonatal nursing risk management

目的探讨前馈控制在新生儿护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法将2012年6月至2013年6月期间在本院新生儿科400例患儿中发生的50例不良事件进行分析,总结护理措施中的安全隐患。于2013年7月起执行前馈控制措施对存在的安全隐患进行防范,同时选取实施前馈控制后400例患儿作为观察对象。通过比较前馈控制实施前后的护理质量、不良事件发生率及患儿家属满意度。结果实施前馈控制措施后,护理质量评分均较实施前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);护理风险事件的发生率较实施前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);患儿家属对护理人员的满意度高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对新生儿护理不良事件发生原因进行分析,及时找出安全隐患并采取相应的前馈控制,能有效提高护理质量,减少护理风险事件发生率。同时,获得更多患儿家属的满意评价。

Objective To explore the application of feedforward control in neonatal nursing risk management effect. Methods Selected 400 cases of children from our hospital with 50 cases of adverse events happened to analysis from June 2012 to June 2013,and summarized the safe hidden trouble of the nursing measures. Our hospital performed feedforward control measures to prevent the security hidden danger from July2013. After the implementation of feedforward control and selected 400 cases of children as research object at the same time. By comparing before and after the feedforward control of nursing quality,the incidence of adverse events and families of children with satisfaction. Results After implementation of feedforward control measures,it obviously improved the nursing quality score than before carrying out,the difference had statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; the incidence of nursing risk events was significantly lower before carrying out,the difference had statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; Children＇s family to the nursing staff satisfaction were higher than before the implementation,the differences had statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Through analyzing neonatal nursing adverse events causes,it finds out the potential safety hazard in time and takes the corresponding feedforward control,can effectively improve the quality of nursing,and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events. At the same time,get more families of children with satisfaction evaluation.
