摘要
目的探讨在护理院实施风险管理的做法及成效。方法对护理院进行风险识别,分析护理院存在或潜在的护理风险,制定风险管理策略,全员参与养老护理质量管理。结果实施风险管理后,住院患者对护理工作综合满意度由85.21%上升至99.01%;护理院护理相关缺陷发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在养老护理质量管理中具有积极重要的作用,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of risk management in nursing home.Methods Risk identification,analysis of the existing or potential risk of nursing home care,the development of risk management strategies,full participation in nursing quality management. Results The implementation of the risk management,in-patients to nursing job satisfaction by 85. 21% up to 99. 01%; Loving care for nursing related defects occur rate was significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Risk management plays an important role in the quality management of nursing care for the aged,and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
