摘要
脂质是生物膜的主要组成部分,在信号转导和膜运输方面发挥重要的作用。脂质之所以能够在细胞器之间进行转运,是因为它们不但能够以囊泡出芽的方式进行转运,而且还可通过蛋白的作用进行转运。磷脂酰肌醇转运蛋白(PITP)家族就是一类可结合并促进磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰胆碱及其他脂质在细胞内膜系统间相互转运的蛋白质。剔除体内特异性PITP亚型会产生广泛的生物效应(如神经突增生、膜运输、细胞分裂和视觉转导等)。
Lipid is the main component of biological membrane, which plays an important role in signal transduction and membrane transportation. Lipids are able to transfer between organdies, because they are not only able to be transported in a manner of vesicle budding, but also can be transported by the proteins, one ot which are named phosphatidylinositol transfer proteins (PITP). They are proteins which bind and facilitate the transport of phosphatidylinositol,phosphatidylcholine and other lipids between membrane compartments. Knockdown of the specific isoforms of PITP in vivo has wide biological effects, such as hyperplasia of neurite membrane trafficking, cell proliferation, visual transduction and so on.
