子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症相关研究进展

Research Advances of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis

子宫内膜异位症(EM)和子宫腺肌症(ADM)均由具有生长功能的异位内膜所致,临床上可并存。EM和ADM虽在病理学上定义为良性疾病,但其具有的侵袭及转移等特点却表现出恶性肿瘤的生物学特性。两者曾被作为同种疾病而广泛研究,但EM与ADM是两种不同的疾病。通过研究EM和ADM妇女中子宫内膜和子宫内膜肌层交界区的结构和功能特性发现两者频繁相关,且均存在子宫内膜肌层功能异常和在位内膜分子学特征的改变。

Endometriosis （EM） and adenomyosis （ADM） are both caused by ectopic endometrium with growth function. Although EM and ADM are pathologically defined as benign diseases, they have the charac- teristics of invasion and metastasis, which show the biological characteristics of malignant tumors. Both have been widely studied as a same disease, but EM and ADM are two different diseases. Through the study on the structural and functional properties of endometrium and endometrial myometrial junction of EM and ADM women, it＇s found the two diseases are frequently related ,and there are both endometrial myometrial function abnormalities and changes of eutopic endometrium molecular characteristics.
