The article takes printer bottom cover injection mold as example, introduces the basic requirements of all-inserts plastics injection mold. It analyses all-inserts plastics injection mold design characteristics and key points. Also in this article the author provide solution of all-inserts plastics injection mold for big plastics parts and provide mold designers a good reference in this field, to study these structure characteristics has important significance for us to improve the level of plastic mold design and manufacture.
