摘要
为了提高重介质旋流器的分选效果,基于粘度改善技术影响分选效果的机理分析,以唐山矿业分公司选煤厂的东系统作为应用试点系统,以西系统作为参比系统,开展粘度改善技术的工业试验。试验结果表明:从等误密度处(或实际分选密度处)的错配物含量来看,东系统的约为0.70%,西系统的在1.02%以上;在同一入料、同一精煤灰分时,东系统的精煤产率比西系统高0.74个百分点,总精煤产率提高0.59个百分点。
In order to improve the performance of the heavy medium cyclone, an analysis is made on the effect of viscosity of suspension on heavy medium cyclone separation performance and the mechanisms in- volved. On the basis of the analysis made, industrial test is conducted on the suspension viscosity im- provement technology at the coal washery under Tangshan Mining Branch Co. , with the plantg east wash- ing system as the testing point and the west washing system as a reference point. Result of test indicates that in terms of content of misplaced material at the equal errors density point (or the practical separating density point) , the figure at the east washing system is 0.70% far less than the figure of 1.02% at the west system.. With the conditions being equal ( same coal feed and same ash of clean coal) , the yield of clean coal of the east washing system is 0.74 percentage points higher than that of the west washing sys- tem, with a rise of total yield of clean coal by 0.59 percentage point.
