摘要
为解决马头洗选厂浮选系统入浮煤泥量大、浮选难度高的问题,通过改进浮选系统和完善浮选操作制度,探索出可行的浮选操作方案。生产实践表明:该操作方案为浮选系统的正常运行提供了有力保障,目前浮选系统生产效果良好,东西两系统的入浮煤泥矿浆量在1 700 m3/h左右,浮选精煤灰分在10.00%~11.00%之间,浮选尾煤灰分55.00%以上,每吨精煤的浮选药剂用量为0.38 kg,甚至下降至0.33 kg,由此带来的经济效益比较显著。
Difficulties are met with in the operation of the plant's flotation circuit because of the exces- sively high feed load. To tackle this problem, a technically feasible flotation scheme has been worked out through improvement and perfection of the flotation regime. Practice shows that the scheme adopted pro- vides a strong guarantee for the smooth operation of the flotation system. At the moment, the flotation sys- tem is operating with a remarkable performance. Both the east and west flotation circuits are now in smooth operation with an aggregate pulp throughput of around 1 700 m3/h, an ash of concentrate of 10.00% - 11.00% , a tailings ash of over 55.00% and a consumption of flotation agent for each ton of concentrate produced rated at 0. 38 kg and even 0.33 kg. This brings about a favorable economic result for the plant.
