摘要 为了缩短脱介弧形筛的翻转时间,以旋转气缸和顶升气缸组成驱动机构,设计出自动翻转弧形筛,并通过有关计算对两种气缸进行选型。该自动翻转弧形筛已在山西永宁选煤厂投入应用,在实际工作过程中,能够实现自动翻转,整个翻转过程所需时间在2 min左右。 For shortening the overturning time of medium draining sieve bend, an automatic version is designed with its drive mechanism made up by a rotary air cylinder and a lift-up overturning air cylinder The selection of the 2 cylinders is made based on related calculation. The sieve bend is now in operation at Yongning Coal Preparation Plant, Shanxi Province. The sieve bend is capable of overturning automati- cally with a cycle time of approximately 2 minutes.
