摘要
目的建立同时测定清开灵注射液中多种无机元素含量的方法。方法用微波消解法对样品进行预处理,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对10个不同批次清开灵注射液中的无机元素进行含量测定。结果通过各元素含量测定方法学考察,确立了仪器的检出限及各元素的最佳检测波长,10批次清开灵注射液各元素相对标准偏差为0.16%~4.90%,加标回收率在92.0%~117.0%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高、可靠易行,满足清开灵注射液无机元素含量检测条件,初步确立其各元素含量范围。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of a variety of inorganic elements in Qingkailing Injections simultaneously.Methods Qingkailing Injections of 10 different batches were dissolved by microwave digestion and then determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results Under the established conditions,the recoveries were between 92.0%-117.0% of the 10 batches of Qingkailing Injections,and the detection relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 0.16%-4.90%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,reliable and suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in Qingkailing Injections.
