中西药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicines in treating rheumatoid arthritis

目的通过随机对照试验比较中西药结合与单纯西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果,并对患者用药不依从情况进行分析。方法应用塞来昔布、来氟米特或联用祖师麻片,对153例类风湿性关节炎患者进行治疗,依据VAS评分、生化指标和总有效率等指标进行统计,并对患者用药不依从现象进行了分析。结果中西药结合对类风湿性关节炎的起效时间、关节肿胀指数和类风湿因子等有较好的效果。患者出现用药不依从的主要原因是症状的缓解或担心出现不良反应。结论中西药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎具有一定的优势,值得推广。

Objective To compare the effects of western medicines and the combination of Chinese and western drugs on the rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Western medicines and the combination of Chinese and western drugs has been used to treat 153 rheumatoid arthritis patients through a randomized controlled trials.The VAS score,joint situation etc.were included to compare the different treatments.Results In the respects of the onset time,Chinese and western drugs combination showed better effects.The analysis of patient compliance showed that,the symptom relief and adverse reactions were the major reasons for stopping or reducing medicines.Conclusions The combination of Chinese and western drugs is a better way to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
