药物辅助输卵管介入再通术治疗输卵管堵塞不孕的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Medications and Interventional Tube Recanalization in Treating Infertility Patients with Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的药物辅助输卵管介入再通术治疗输卵管堵塞不孕的临床体会。方法选取我院2013年10月~2015年4月53例输卵管堵塞不孕患者为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组27例与对照组26例。所有患者均行介入再通术治疗,观察组另给予丹参注射液灌注治疗,对照组给予西药灌注治疗,比较两组输卵管畅通程度、妊娠情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组有效率96.30%高于对照组76.92%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组宫内妊娠率44.44%高于对照组15.38%,输卵管妊娠率3.70%低于对照组23.08%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率7.41%低于对照组30.77%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丹参注射液辅助输卵管介入再通术治疗输卵管堵塞不孕的临床效果较好,有利于输卵管畅通,可提高宫内妊娠率,减少术后并发症。

Objective： To investigate the clinical experience of medications and interventional tube recanalization in treating infertility patients with fallopian tube obstruction. Methods： Totally, 53 patients with infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction in our hospital from October 2013 and April 2015 were selected as the objects of study. They were randomly divided into test group（27 cases） and control group（26 cases）. All patients underwent interventional tube recanalization. Additionally, the patients in test group were treated with Danshen injection, while the patients in control group were treated with perfusion of western medicine. The fallopian tube patency, pregnancy and complication rate were compared in the two groups. Results： The effective rate and intrauterine pregnancy in test group were significantly higher than those in control group [（96.30% vs.76.92%）,（44.44% vs. 15.38%）], respectively. However, the rate of tubal pregnancy, complication in test group（3.70%） were significantly lower than those in control group [（3.70% vs.23.08%）,（7.41% vs. 30.77%）], respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Danshen injection and interventional tube recanalization in treating infertility patients with fallopian tube obstruction has better clinical effect. It can benefit for fallopian tube patency that improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and reduce postoperative complications.
