优质护理服务在胃肠外科老龄危重患者中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Service to Gastric-intestinal Surgery in Elderly Patients with Severe Gastrointestinal Diseases

目的研究优质护理服务在胃肠外科老龄危重患者中的应用价值。方法选择2013年5月~2015年5月我院胃肠外科80例老龄危重患者作为研究对象,根据患者意愿和治疗情况分为两组,对照组26例给予常规护理,观察组54例给予优质护理服务,观察两种护理模式对护理人员护理技能及患者对护理工作满意度的影响。结果观察组护理半年后护理知识技能测评总分为（88.64±4.22）分,显著高于对照组的（78.85±3.72）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理半年后患者对护理工作满意度为98.15%,显著高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务能显著提高护理人员护理服务技能,提高胃肠外科老年危重患者护理服务质量,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective： To study the application value of high-quality nursing service to gastric-intestinal surgery in elderly patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases.Methods： Overall,80 elderly patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases for the research, who were admitted and treated in the Second People＇s Hospital of Chengdu from May 2013 to May 2015, divided into control group（26 cases） and test group（54 cases）. Patients in the control group received routinely, and patients in the test group received high-quality nursing service. The observation comparison the influence of nursing skills and patients on the degree of satisfaction at nursing care in two ways of caring. Results： Six months later, the test group had higher score（88.64±4.22） in the total score of nursing knowledge and skills than those in the control group（78.85±3.72）, additionally, satisfaction with nursing work in patients were 98.15%（test group）, 84.62%（control group）, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： High-quality nursing service has greatly high clinical value for improving nursing service skills and the nursing service quality in the elderly patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases
