水泥土挤密桩加固既有线路基数值模拟研究

摘要 水泥土挤密桩加固既有路基的施工工法在实践中已经得到广泛应用。根据路基内应力分布特点,等长桩加固的工法费时耗材,进行长短桩布置能够省时省料。本文采用有限元分析软件建立了长短水泥土挤密桩加固路基模型,分析了不同的长短桩路基加固方案对沉降变形的影响。模拟结果表明,水泥土挤密桩能够对路基起到较好的加固效果,且钢轨正下方两侧的加固桩对路基的加固效果有重要作用,不可减短,线路中心及钢轨外侧的加固桩可适当减短。通过对模拟结果的分析,以期优化后的方案能够对工程实践起到指导性作用。 The construction method of existing subgrade strengthening by cement soil compaction pile has been widely used in practice. According to the subgrade stress consuming and arrangement of long-short piles can distribution characteristics, equilong pile strengthening method is time save time and material. Based on finite element analysis software, the model of subgrade reinforced by long-short cement soil compaction pile is established and the influence of schemes of subgrade strengthening by different long-short piles on settlement compaction pile can play a good role in strengthening the subgrad is analyzed. Simulation results show that, cement soil e and the reinforcing piles on both sides below the steel rail is important to the reinforcing effect of the subgrade, which can not be shortened, and the line center and the outside of the rail can be properly shortened. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the optimization scheme is expected to play a guiding role in engineering practice.
