摘要
油轮改装浮式生产储油船(FPSO)的项目特点明显,主要是技术含量高、工种多样化、交叉作业频繁、周期长、工期紧。项目的计划管理,成为项目管理中的一个关键部分,起着引导和控制的作用。文章以某油轮改装FPSO为案例,分析计划管理在项目中所起的关键作用。
FPSO (Floating Production Storage and offloading) conversion project is characterized by its high technology, activities diversity, frequent simuhaneous operations, long constructon period and tight schedule. Planning management plays a key role in leading and controlling the project. This thesis is to analyze the key roles played by planning management in FPSO conversion project.
