摘要
某船主机SULZER 6RLB56仅3个月时间连续发生多起拉缸、活塞头烧损、活塞环卡死等事故。文章参照轮机日志和船员口述,对该船频发事故的原因进行了逐一排查分析,特别是对气口处横向裂纹产生的机理进行了剖析,得出在更换缸套后没有进行必要的磨合以及缺少日常管理的结论。由事故的教训,引发科学管理的的必要性,提出如何预防类似事故发生的具体措施。
Failures happened to the main engine SULZER 6RLB56 many times just in 3 months, including cylinder damage, piston head burnt and piston ring stuck. According to the engineering journal and seamen's oral account, investigation and analysis were given to the failures one by one , especially the mechanism for the transverse cracks at port. The failures came from lack of running-in after cylinder liner replaced and defect of daily management. From these lessons, necessity of scientific forward on how to prevent such similar failures. management is introduced and concrete measures are put
