某船主机连续机损事故分析

某船主机SULZER 6RLB56仅3个月时间连续发生多起拉缸、活塞头烧损、活塞环卡死等事故。文章参照轮机日志和船员口述,对该船频发事故的原因进行了逐一排查分析,特别是对气口处横向裂纹产生的机理进行了剖析,得出在更换缸套后没有进行必要的磨合以及缺少日常管理的结论。由事故的教训,引发科学管理的的必要性,提出如何预防类似事故发生的具体措施。

Failures happened to the main engine SULZER 6RLB56 many times just in 3 months, including cylinder damage, piston head burnt and piston ring stuck. According to the engineering journal and seamen＇s oral account, investigation and analysis were given to the failures one by one , especially the mechanism for the transverse cracks at port. The failures came from lack of running-in after cylinder liner replaced and defect of daily management.
