新型船用净油装置的研究与应用

Study and application of the new type marine oil-purifier apparatus

文章基于非均相液-液聚结分离理论,研制了一套适合于船舶使用的新型聚结分离式净油机样机。该样机由过滤系统、聚结系统、分离系统、排水系统等组成。该装置集油液精密分离及高效脱水于一体,能有效清除油液中的颗粒及乳化水、游离水,且体积小、能耗低、振动小、寿命长。主要部件进行了防爆和自动控制设计,能够实现连续运行和无人值守运行。研制成功的新型净油装置可完全胜任繁杂的净油需求,还能节省宝贵的船舶空间和能量。

Based on heterogeneous liquid-liquid coalescence separation theory, a new type of coalescence separate oil purifier prototype that suitable for ships was developed. The prototype is composed of filtration system, coalescing system, separation system, drainage system and other components. It can remove oil particles and emulsify water effectively with oil sophisticated separation and efficient dewatering features, and some other advantages of small size, low power consumption, small vibration ＆ long service life. The main components of the device are designed of anti-explosion, automatic control and continuous, unattended operation as well. This new type of oil purifier apparatus can not only purify oil qualifiedly, but conserve valuable energy and ship space.
