摘要 船用SUS321不锈钢材料非常普通,在船舶管路修造中应用广泛。若该牌号材料在泵压、调试过程中发生了开裂、爆管、泄漏等问题,则极易引起严重后果。文章对上海华润大东船务工程有限公司承修某船舶液压油路所使用的SUS321不锈钢管材爆管腐蚀失效模式影响进行分析研究(FMEA)。论述了船用SUS321不锈钢材料发生问题的原因,及在特定设计环境情况下是否产生质量问题。 Marine stainless steel SUS321 is a kind of popular material, it's widely used in the ship building and repairing field. If this material is processed in the cracking, detonation tube, leakage and other issues in pressurizing adjustment, it will cause serious consequences. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to burst and corrosion of SUS321 stainless steel pipe of hydraulic circuit in a ship is introduced, which was repaired in SHANGHAI HUARUN DADONG DOCKYARD Co. , Ltd. before. Reasons for the mentioned problems of the SUS 321 stainless steel materials are discussed and the quality problems in the designed circumstance are concerned.
