摘要
企业发展过程中必须进行机制创新与整改,企业创新动态能力的提升与企业知识要素的关系尤为密切,而企业知识的建设力度和创新能力是相辅相成,可以双向加强的。从企业在战略层面、管理层面、作业层面的创新,分析相应层面知识要素对企业创新动态能力的支撑作用。
In the development process, enterprises must conduct mechanism innovation and rectification. The improvement of dynamic capability for innovation is especially close to the knowledge element of enterprises. The knowledge accumulation intensity and innovation capability of enterprises are supplementary to each other and may be fortified at the same time. The role of knowledge elements in supporting enterprise dynamic capability is analyzed from different perspectives, including strategy, management, and operation.
