Stereo--textbook construction is an innovation of traditional textbook,leading breakthroughs of teaching materials. Through interpretation of background of stereo-- teaching, the article analyses the current drawbacks of Financial Management course construction,and starts to explore how to construct stereo--textbook,namely focusing on the precision of teaching. The article targets at enhancing the all--round ability, uses modern teaching methods, integrates multimedia courseware, micro-- c/ass,network platform and etc, establish a rich stereo--teaching resources, to stimulate students＇ interest in learning, and therefore improve the effectiveness quality of teaching.
