地方高校在制定"面向行业、服务地方"发展战略的同时,应同步明确以持续提升教学质量为目标的自我审核路径。应转变观念,变"被动"为"主动",确立学校自身的教育质量方针,确定各项工作的质量标准,强化教学过程的控制管理,加强对教学质量的监控与评估,不断完善教学标准体系。

Local Colleges and universities in the development of the industry, service place development strategy at the same time, should be synchronized with the continuous improvement of teaching quality as the goal of self audit path. Should change idea, change ＂passive＂ for ＂active＂, the establishment of the school＇s education quality policy, determine the quality level of the work, strengthen the control and management of the teaching process, strengthen monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality, and constantly improve the teaching standard system.
