理事会体制下高职院校举办在职培训的探究与实践——以广西职业技术学院为例

Practice and Reflections on On-the-job Training in Vocational Colleges Under the System of the Council——Taking Guangxi Vocational and Technical College as an Example

在职培训与全日制学历教育是同等重要的人力资本投资方式,对于职业能力亟待提高的在职人员以及受教育程度有限的劳动者,在职培训对其人力资本的形成及增值是十分必要的。文章以国家示范性骨干高职院校广西职业技术学院为载体,详述学院在理事会体制下举办在职培训的探究和实践。实践证明,该体制下举办在职培训对高职院校具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

On--the--job training, which is equally important with schooling as a form of human capital investment,is crucial for vocational ability in urgent need to be improved and labors＇ human capital formation because they have always gotten limited formal education. The article taking National demonstrative higher vocational colleges of Guangxi Vocational and Technical Col- lege as its carrier. It will detail the practice and reflections on on--the--job training in vocational colleges under the system of the council. It has been found that on-- the--job training in vocational colleges under the system of the council would begreat value for our country.
