平台互动方式对提高师范生教学技能的功能分析——以《小学语文教学设计》课程教学为例 被引量:4

摘要 小学语文教学设计是高等师范院校小学教育专业的专业基础课程,培养和提高学生的教学技能是课程的主要目标。平台互动方式是"MS-EEPO有效教育"操作系统中教的基本方式之一,运用平台互动方式能有效地处理知识点、重难点、能力训练点、思维训练点等问题,有效提升师范生的教学技能。要达到这样的功用,首先必须在教学过程中紧扣教学目标确定关键项,再遵循平台互动方式的三原则构建多向度平台,并在自主合作探究环节中抓实"五基""五防",最后通过精讲点讲补讲确保教学目标的有效达成。 Chinese Design Course for Primary School is a professional foundation course for elementary education major in normal university,which mainly aims to cultivate and improve the students teaching skills. Interactive Platform is one of the basic teaching mode of MS -- EEPO education, which can deal with the problems such as knowledge points, difficult points, ability training points as well as the thinking training points to enhance students teaching skills effectively. To achieve these goals, first of all,it is a must for the teachers to find out the key points that stick to the teaching goals in teaching process,then build up interactive platform following the three principles ,meanwhile, emphasize on five basics and five preventions in the coopera- tive inquiry activities, finally,end it up with teachers comments to achieve the teaching goal effectively.
