摘要
工学结合是高等职业教育提高人才培养质量和效率的有效模式,也是高职院校教育教学改革与发展的方向。教学管理队伍能力素质的高低影响着教学管理成效的大小和人才培养质量的优劣。通过分析工学结合人才培养模式的内涵、特点及其对教学质量管理者的新要求,提出了在工学结合人才培养模式下,加强高职教学管理队伍能力素质建设应采取的四方面策略。
Work--integrated learning is of higher vocational education to improve quality and efficiency of effective mode of per- sonnel training, and the developing direction of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. Teaching the discre- tion of the management team ability quality affects the size of the teaching management performance and the quality of personnel training. By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of work-- integrated learning personnel training mode and new de- mands for teaching quality management, proposed under the work--integrated learning personnel training mode, strengthening the construction of ability of management team of higher vocational teaching quality should be taken to the four aspects of strat- egy.
