完善高校校长绩效评价的思考

摘要 我国高校校长绩效评价随着现代大学制度的建立越来越受到重视。本文梳理了目前来自政府、社会等方面对校长直接或间接的绩效评价后发现,其具有评价方式多、内容全、主体多元等特点,同时存在着缺乏针对性、明显的短视性和应用的局限性等不足,由此从校长职权的行使、高校职能的实现、定性与定量统一等方面提出完善高校校长绩效评价的思考。 With the establishment of modern university system, performance evaluation of university presidents has attracted more and more attention in china. This paper reviews some kinds of direct or indirect performance evaluations on university presidents which is from government and society found that the methods of the evaluation was multiple, the content was com- prehensive, the subjects were diverse,meanwhile it also has some shortcomings such as a lack of the targeted, obviously short-- sighted and application limitations. Then on the base of these, the paper puts forward some ideas on improving the performance evaluation of University Presidents which is about how to use the power of the president, the realization of the function of the u- niversity,the unification of the qualitative and quantitative and so on.
