高窄型充填采场内的拱效应及应力分布状态研究 被引量:5

摘要 以地下矿山充填采场为研究对象,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,对高窄型垂直和倾斜充填采场内的拱效应及应力分布状态进行了研究。研究结果表明:实例中高窄型采场内充填体的自重应力为1.06 MPa,经拱效应转移后,底板处的垂直应力仅为0.35 MPa;改进的马斯顿理论计算倾角小于80°的充填采场应力分布情况时结果偏大;采场倾角越大,高窄型充填体内拱效应越明显,靠近围岩两帮处的应力值也越大,而采场中线处的水平应力几乎不受影响。对高窄型采场内充填体的目标强度进行设计时,应考虑拱效应对其自重应力的转移作用,以降低相关经济技术指标。 Taking the filling stope in underground mine as the object of study , the arching effect and stress distribution state in vertical and inclined high-narrow filling stope were studied by using the combined method of theoretical analysis and nu -merical simulation.The results showed that the self-weight stress of filling body in high-narrow stope of practical case was 1. 06 MPa, while after the transfer of arching effect , the vertical stress on the floor was only 0.35 MPa.The calculation results on the stress distribution state in filling stope with the dip less than 80 by improved Marston theory were too large .The largers the dip of stope , the more obvious the arching effect in high-narrow filling body , and the larger the stress close to both sides of surrounding rock , while the horizontal stress on the central line of stope was almost unaffected .When designing the target strength of filling body in high-narrow filling stope , the transfer action of arching effect on its self-weight stress should be con-sidered to reduce the related technical and economic indexes .
