红—克长输玻璃管线沿程压力和温度分布影响因素分析

摘要 为确定红—克长输玻璃管线常温输送方案,根据现场管线工况,利用Pipephase软件建立了管道数值仿真模型,分析了原油含水率、输送流量、管道内壁粗糙度、环境温度、入口温度等因素对管线沿程压力和温度分布的影响规律。结果表明:原油含水率、输送流量、管壁粗糙度的增加会导致管线沿程压降增大;环境温度、入口温度的增加会造成管线沿程压降减小,且压降变化趋势基本一致;原油含水率、入口温度的增加,会引起管线沿程温降的增大;输送流量、环境温度的增加,会造成管线沿程温降的减小;管壁粗糙度对管线沿程温降影响较小。该研究工作为玻璃钢管线长输方案的制定提供了参考依据,对保障油气安全运输具有重要的工程意义。 In order to determine the transportation scheme of Hong-Ke long distance fiberglass pipeline at normal tempera-ture, the Pipephase software was applied to establish the numerical simulation model of pipeline according to the working con -dition of field pipeline .The influence laws of water cut in crude oil , transportation flow , roughness of inner wall , environ-ment temperature and inlet temperature on the pressure and temperature distribution along the pipeline were analyzed .The results showed that the increase of water cut in crude oil , transportation flow and roughness of inner wall could lead to the in-crease of pressure drop along the pipeline , while the increase of environment temperature and inlet temperature could cause the decrease of pressure drop along the pipeline , and the change trends of pressure drop were basically identical .The in-crease of water cut in crude oil and inlet temperature could cause the increase of temperature drop along the pipeline , while the increase of transportation flow and environment temperature could lead to the decrease of temperature drop along the pipe -line.In addition, the roughness of inner wall had less effect on the temperature drop along the pipeline .The research pro-vides a reference basis for establishing the long distance transmission scheme of fiberglass pipeline , and it has important engi-neering significance to ensure the safety of oil and gas transportation .
