6月6日，国土资源部表示，在节约集约用地的要求下，“十三五”期间我国新增建设用地总量将控制在21707km2，较“十二五”期间减少约4460km2。尽管全国新增建设用地总量减少，但存量建设用地的供地比重将提高。
