摘要
首先介绍了DEA方法和TOPSIS法,然后构建DEA-TOPSIS组合法模型,先后运用了这3种方法对惠州荃湾港区、东联港区、马鞭洲港区、碧甲港区等四个港区进行绩效评价,通过对结果的对比,实现对决策结果的全排序,得到四个港区的绩效评价结果,对建设四个港区有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,we first introduced the DEA process and the TOPSIS process,then established the DEA-TOPSIS combination model,applied the three models successively to the performance evaluation of the Tsuenwan port,Donglian port,Mabianzhou port and Bijia port,and at the end,by comparing the results,realized the total ordering of the results.
