概述了我军战备物资储备建设发展现状,简要介绍了战备物资储备能力的概念,对战备物资储备能力评估研究现状做了综述,包括国内外战备物资储备能力、应急物资储备能力、其他能力、能力评估方法以及能力评估模型等,并对战备物资储备能力评估研究进行了述评。

In this paper,we generally reviewed the current status of the war reserve construction in China,introduced briefly the concept of the war reserve storage capacity,summarized the current status of the researches on it,and at the end,offered our comment on these researches.
