摘要
以学生职业发展和企业岗位职业素质需求为导向,按照"素质+"模式,以"心态-意识-方法-能力-绩效"为逻辑主线,结合具体工作环境、任务对学生采用心理指导咨询、教练等技术手段实施积极干预、矫正,触及学生心灵,以调节学生积极工作的心态为基础,教授学生完成任务和解决问题的方法,训导学生提高岗位工作能力,达到提高学生职业素质、增强学生工作绩效的目标,最终促其成为优秀的物流高技能人才。
In this paper,oriented toward the career development of the students and the post competent requirement of the enterprises,following the "quality + " model and the logic of "mindset-awareness-method-competence-performance",we actively intervened and corrected the thinking of the students,taught them the means to finish tasks and solve problems,and improved their post competence so as to reach the objective of improving student occupational quality and enhancing their working performance,and ultimately making them outstanding highly skilled logistics talents.
