基于生产者责任延伸制度的知识服务链模式研究

Study on Knowledge Service Chain Mode Based on Extended Producer Responsibility

中国经济新常态下,生产性服务业成为我国经济发展的重点产业之一。生产者责任延伸制度(EPR)作为一种环境管理制度,为生产性服务业知识服务链的发展提供了一个基础平台。试图以生产者责任延伸制度(EPR)为平台,建立以生产商为核心的知识服务链,通过促进知识服务链上的知识资源融合,提升知识服务链内各节点企业的核心竞争力。

Under the new economic normal, the productive service industry has become one of the main pillars supporting the economic development of China. The extended producer responsibility（EPR） system is an environment management system and constitutes a fundamental platform for the development of the knowledge service chain of the productive service industry. In this paper, we tried to establish a producer-centered knowledge service chain on the platform of the extended producer responsibility system which, through promoting knowledge integration along the chain, helped improve the core competitivity of the nodal enterprises of the service chain.
