2012年至2014年成都地区21家医院消化系统药物利用分析

Analysis of digestive system drug utilization in 21 hospitals in Chengdu area during 2012-2014

目的:了解2012年至2014年成都地区医院消化系统药物的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:使用销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等数据对成都地区2012年至2014年医院消化系统药物临床应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:2012年至2014年成都地区医院消化系统用药总金额分别是47 792.83万元、55 581.55万元和64 054.86万元,分别占所有药物销售金额的9.39%、9.37%和9.34%;销售金额排名前10位的消化系统药物中,5种质子泵抑制剂全部上榜,保肝药占4个,分别为复方甘草酸苷、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、鸟氨酸门冬氨酸、二氯醋酸二异丙胺。2014年,DDDs排名前5位的药物分别为兰索拉唑、复方甘草酸苷、奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑和埃索美拉唑。结论:2012年至2014年间,成都地区消化系统药物的销售金额、用药频度保持稳定增长,没有异动。各类药物的临床使用情况与其它研究结果一致,质子泵抑制剂和保肝药物为消化系统药物中临床应用最广的两类药物。

Objective：To understand the application situation and development trend of digestive system drug use in Chengdu area from 2012 to 2014 and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods： Sales amount, frequency of use （DDDs） , average daily costs （DDC） and other data were retrospectively analyzed. Results. The total cost of the digestive system in Chengdu area from 2012 to 2014 was 477.93,555.82 and 640.55 million respectively,accounted for 9.39% ,9.37% and 9.34% of the total cost respec- tively. Five kinds of proton pump inhibitors were all on the top ten list of drug consumption sum in the digestive system drugs,liver protection medicines accounted for 4 on the top ten list,including compound glycyrrhizin glucoside,polyene phosphatidyl choline, L-ornithine L-aspartate, compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate, respectively. In 2014 the top five drugs in DDDs comprised lansoprazole, compound glycyrrhizin glucoside, omeprazole, pantoprazole and esomeprazole magnesium. Conclusion： From 2012 to 2014, drug consumption sum and DDDs of digestive system drugs in Chengdu area grew stably, no abnormal variation existed. All kinds of drugs in clinical usage in our study were in accordance with other research results,proton pump inhibitors and liver protection medicines are the most widely clinical-applied two classes of digestive system drugs.
