摘要
配电网运行方式的选择多以经验为主,缺乏科学合理的决策方法,严重限制了配电网运行的高效性。在决策周期内负荷精确预测的基础上,建立了以电能损耗最小、供电不可靠率最低、电压偏移量最小等多个目标协调优化的配电网运行方式决策模型;引入模糊隶属度函数对各个目标进行处理,将多目标问题加权转化成单目标问题,利用结合改进随机变异策略的进化规划算法对配电网开关状态进行寻优搜索,从而确定配电网的最优运行方式。通过分析IEEE 33节点测试系统,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Due to the fact that the selection of operation mode for distribution network is usually based on experienceand lacks in scientific decision-making methods,the efficiency of the network operation is severely limited. Based onthe accurate load forecasting during the decision-making period,a multi-objective optimization model of operation modeis established with minimum electric energy loss,lowest power supply unreliability and minimum voltage offside. Withthe introduction of fuzzy membership function,an evolutionary programming algorithm combined with improved randommutation strategy is applied to searching for the states of network switches to choose the optimal operation. Simulationson IEEE 33-node distribution testing system verify the proposed method.
