摘要
针对传统可靠性评估方法在挖掘配电网设备的可靠性薄弱环节方面的不足,提出了基于大型城市配电网运行设备状态矩阵故障率修正模型的配电网薄弱环节挖掘方法。利用馈线分区法简化了模型复杂度,通过构造故障率修正模型分析故障因素权重以及故障率修正指数。将以历史统计结果得到的故障率与实际设备状态结合,得到考虑配电网设备所处时期、环境以及外力因素等实际状态的故障率模型。算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
To overcome the shortcomings of existing reliability assessment methods in analyzing the weak link of theequipment in distribution network,a weak link mining method based on a modified failure rate model with the equipment state matrix of large urban distribution network is adopted. Feeder division method is used to simplify the complexity of the reliability evaluation model,and a failure rate correction model is constructed to analyze the failure factors andfailure rate modification index. The failure rate model considering the operation period,environmental impact and external factors is a combination of historical statistics and practical equipment states. The results of a numerical example indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
