摘要
针对电能质量指标间的关联性,提出一种电能质量综合评估方法。首先,分析了电能质量指标间的关联性,并运用网络层次分析法建立权重模型,计算各指标关联权重;然后,将不同量级且不同量纲的评价指标值标幺化,再按照成本型数据归一化处理,得到决策矩阵;最后,运用多目标格序理论,建立以理想电能质量指标值为顶元素及底元素的格结构,对电能质量进行综合评估。实例分析了某风电场5个不同电压等级的电能质量情况,验证了所提方法的准确性与可行性。
Considering the relevance of power quality indexes,a comprehensive evaluation method on power quality isproposed. First,the relevance is analyzed and weights model is built by using analytic network process;second,thequality indexes with different grades and dimensions are transformed into per-unit values and normalizated according tothe cost-type data,then the decision matrix is obtained;at last,by using multi-objective lattice order theory,the lattice order structure is built,with the ideal quality index being the top and bottom elements to comprehensively evaluatethe power quality. The analysis of power quality in a wind farm with 5 different voltage levels verifies the proposed method.
