摘要
分析化学检测实验室参与食品分析水平评估计划(Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme,FAPAS)国际比对计划结果,探讨能力验证工作中的有效质量控制措施。通过总结化学检测工作中的部分经验,重点分析了在FAPAS能力验证中重金属测定的关键点,并就提高实验室的检测水平、加强质量控制有效性及确保能力验证判断结果的准确性等进行了讨论。
To analyze the result of international performance assessment,which comparing our laboratory of chemical test with FAPAS, and discuss the efficient quality control measure in performance assessment. Combine with own experience to participate in the chemical testing,the key points of the determination for heavy metal in the FAPAS proficiency testing are summarized. How to enhance the quality control of the chemical analysis is discussed to ensure the accuracy of result.
