有机连翘叶茶中核心营养素及功效成分的测定 被引量:19

摘要 采用不同分析方法测定分析了有机连翘叶茶的核心营养素及其功效成分。3个批次样品的核心营养素含量分别为蛋白质19.63%,脂肪0.31%,碳水化合物62.52%,钠54.87 mg/100 g;功效成分含量分别为总黄酮24.12%,连翘酯苷7.29%,连翘苷5.43%。结果显示,有机连翘叶茶中含有丰富的营养物质,且总黄酮、连翘酯苷和连翘苷含量较高,是一种低脂、高营养的保健饮品。 Core nutrients and functional components of organic Forsythia suspensa leaves tea are determined by different methods. In three batches of samples,the core nutrients contents are as follow protein 19.63%,fat 0.31%,carbohydrate62.52% and sodium 54.87 mg/100 g. The functional components contents are as follow total flavonoids 24.12%,forsythiaside7.29% and phillyrin 5.43%. The results show that the organic Forsythia suspensa leaves tea contains rich nutrients,and total flavonoids,forsythiaside and phillyrin are high content. It's a kind of low fat,high nutrition health care drink.
