摘要
分析了转型期"食品工艺学"实验教学存在的主要问题,提出具体改革措施,把实验教学与市场就业紧密结合。通过分析和总结教学改革成果,证明改革提高了教学质量、增强了学生实践能力、提高了就业水平。
The main problems of experimental teaching for Food Technology in the transformation period have been analyzed,and we institute measures of reform to integrate experimental teaching and employment closely. Reformation results proved that teaching quality,students' practical ability and employment level has been enhanced.
