“现代食品检测技术”课程教学改革探讨

摘要 "现代食品检测技术"是云南农业大学食品专业的重点课程,是一门实践性和应用性很强的专业课程,该课程是食品专业实现工程型创新人才培养的重要阵地。通过阐述"现代食品检测技术"课程的基本特点及在教学中存在的问题,提出应从教学内容、教学方法和教学评价3个方面对该课程进行教学改革,以此激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的动手能力和创新意识,提高教学质量,为食品专业培养优秀人才。 Modern Food Detection Technology is a key course of food specialty in Yunnan Agricultural University and it is a specialized course with strong practicality and applicability. This course is an important position to realize the training of engineering innovative talents. In view of the basic characteristics of Modern Food Detection Technology course and the problems existing in teaching, We put forward teaching reform from teaching content、 teaching methods and teaching evaluation. Through reform, stimulating students' interest in learning, cultivating students' practical ability and application ability,excellent talents for Food Specialty will be cultivated.
