摘要
为提高测量结果的准确性,依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析了使用顶空-气相质谱联用法检测纸类食品包装材料中甲苯残留的不确定度,通过建立数学模型并计算影响测量的各不确定度分量,合成得到该测定方法的不确定度。结果表明,影响测量不确定度的因素有系列标准溶液制备、试样制备、样品的重复性检测、标准工作曲线拟合等,拟合标准工作曲线所引入的不确定度所占权重最大。当样品中甲苯残留量为0.217 mg/m2时,其扩展不确定度为0.03 mg/m2(k=2,P=95%)。
In order to improve the accuracy of measurement results, the uncertainty in determination of methylbenzene in food wrapper by headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) is analyzed on the basis of JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, and the uncertainty of individual component affecting measurement is calculated. The results show that the factors influencing measurement uncertainty includ standard solution preparation, sample preparation, repeatability examination, calibration curve fitting, etc. particularly the calibration curve fitting. When the residue of methylbenzene in samole is 0.217 mg/m2. the exnanded uncertainty of measurement results are 0.03 mg/m2 (k=2, P=-95%)
