柑橘类黄酮作为一种植物天然成分,在柑橘中含量丰富。通过介绍柑橘类黄酮的种类、生理活性,综述柑橘类黄酮检测技术的研究进展,并讨论其在食品、药品等领域的开发应用前景。
The citrus flavonoids as a natural ingredient in plants, which is rich in citrus. The type of citrus flavonoids, biological activities are introduced, the development of detection technology of citrus flavonoids are reviewed, and the development of flavonoid in food, medicine and other fields of application are discussed.
