通过介绍高职烹饪与营养专业的人才需求背景,指出该专业在人才培养过程中所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了比较合理的解决方案,为烹饪与营养专业人才培养提供参考。
The paper introduces the background of talent training of higher vocational cooking and nutrition major, and indicates the problems of talent training process, finally provides rational solutions on the problems, it can provide reference basis on the talent training of this major.
