摘要
"引导性自主学习"教学方法是在传统教学方法的基础上,为激发学生的求知欲,引导学生自主学习而提出的一种教学模式。结合"食品微生物学"教学实践,对"引导性自主学习"教学方法教学效果、教学体会及下一步改进方向进行了思考。
Instructive autonomous learning teaching method is a kind of new teaching mode, which is based on the traditional teaching methods, in order to stimulate the thirst of students for knowledge, and guide students to autonomous learning. In this paper, Food Microbiology course are used as the example, the teaching effect and insight of instructive autonomous learning teaching methods are analyzed and and the next step direction to improve was thought.
