芪冬颐心口服液对病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞免疫功能和血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on cellular immune function and serum inflammatory factor level in children with viral myocarditis

目的探讨芪冬颐心口服液对病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2015年10月本院收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿68例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将入选患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组各34例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予芪冬颐心口服液。对比两组患儿基线及治疗后细胞免疫功能和血清炎性因子水平。结果两组患儿基线时免疫学指标、血清炎性因子水平比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿外周血T淋巴细胞CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-18水平均明显下降(P<0.05);观察组患儿细胞免疫功能、炎性因子水平改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论芪冬颐心口服液有助于改善病毒性心肌炎患儿的免疫功能,具有抑制炎性反应的作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on cell immune function and inflammatory factors in children with viral myocarditis. Method 68 children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were selected as objects of study, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. Children in control group were treated with routine treatment of viral myocarditis and children in observation group were given Qidong Yixin oral liquid in addition to routine treatment. Cellular immune function and serum inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups on base line and after treatment. Result There were no significant differences in immunological indexes, levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups at the baseline（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the levels of CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8~＋ were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-18 were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The cell immunity function and the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qidong Yixin oral liquid can help to improve the immune function and inhibit inflammatory reaction in children with viral myocarditis.
