隔姜灸联合牵正复颜饮治疗风痰瘀阻证周围性面瘫疗效观察

Ginger moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Fuyan Yin for treatment of wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of peripheral facial paralysis

目的观察隔姜灸联合牵正复颜饮治疗风痰瘀阻证周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将87例风痰瘀阻证周围性面瘫患者随机分为联合组、复方组和隔姜灸组,每组29例;3组均给予常规西医药物治疗,在此基础上复方组加用牵正复颜饮治疗,隔姜灸组加用隔姜灸治疗,联合组则加用隔姜灸+牵正复颜饮治疗。观察3组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、H-B分级、面部残疾指数(FDIP和FDIS)评分的变化。结果治疗后联合组主症、次症和舌脉积分、中医证候总积分、H-B分级及FDIP和FDIS评分均显著优于隔姜灸组和复方组(P均<0.05),隔姜灸组和复方组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);联合组总有效率明显高于复方组和隔姜灸组(P均<0.05)。结论隔姜灸联合牵正复颜饮治疗风痰瘀阻证周围性面瘫可显著改善临床症状体征,促进颜面表情肌群功能恢复,具有临床应用价值。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of peripheral facial paralysis with ginger moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Fuyan Yin. Methods 87 patients of peripheral facial paralysis with wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into combine group,compound recipe group and ginger moxibustion group,29 cases in each group; all patients were given conventional western medicine treatment in all the three groups. On the basis of this,the patients were treated with Qianzheng Fuyan Yin in compound recipe group,and with ginger moxibustion in ginger moxibustion group,ginger moxibustion plus Qianzheng Fuyan Yin in combine group. The clinical effect was observed and the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome score,H- B classification,facial disability index（ FDIP and FDIS） score were compared. Results after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and tongue pulse score,total score of TCM syndrome,H- B grade and FDIP and FDIS scores were significantly better than those of ginger moxibustion group and compound recipe group（ all P〈0. 05）,but there were no significant differences between ginger moxibustion group and compound group（ all P〉0. 05）; the total effective rate of the combine group was significantly higher than that of the compound group and ginger moxibustion group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ginger moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Fuyan Yin in treatment of wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of peripheral facial paralysis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,promoting functional recovery of facial expression muscle groups.
